Overview

The Marksman Titan Executive team is looking for a highly collaborative and pragmatic Strategic Program Manager, who will oversee the various process, systems and technology projects associated with our merger integration and next phase of growth. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our most visible strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Building clear project charters for each strategic initiative—including scoping, requirements and success outcomes
  • Leading diverse set of projects, including cross-functional systems initiatives, such as ERP, AP, ATS, Talent Management, CRM and reporting software integration/ roll-out
  • Participating in executive team meetings, to align on prioritization and facilitate alignment and buy-in
  • Managing the transformation roadmap for the company, ensuring projects are properly prioritized and managed, and align with company strategy
  • Proactively engaging with stakeholder groups to anticipate change management implications
  • Work with stakeholders to build thoughtful communications plans to support new systems/ process roll-out
  • Reporting out on timelines, critical milestones and risks and dependencies across the project
  • Mobilizing and energizing subject matter experts and project team members to meet project deliverable timelines
  • Building dashboard, project reporting to keep stakeholders informed of progress

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading or executing cross-functional initiatives
  • 5-10 years leading high-visibility enterprise projects; comfort with executive team engagement and communications
  • Experience working in or with IT, Finance and Operations teams
  • Experience leading or working on merger integration and systems integration projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, for ex.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, for ex)
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Proven ability to influence outside of span of control
  • Natural collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to customize communications for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
