We are hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team! The Assistant Site Supervisor reports to the Portfolio Manager and is primarily responsible for supporting them in overseeing the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites.

***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SECURITY SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AT A COMMERCIAL/CORPORATE OFFICE HIGH RISE***

Responsibilities of the Security Assistant Site Supervisor include but are not limited to:
• Assist in managing a team of Security officers and shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
• Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics
• Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc.
• Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Field Security Supervisors:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 years of experience as an Unarmed or Armed Security Officer and at least 1 year of experience Security Supervisor, or related experience in a customer service industry, like retail or hospitality
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver’s license in good standing, including state accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal/MVR background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications of Field Security Supervisors:
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
