• Must be reliable with time management and punctuality skills.
• Must be able to comply with all uniform and dress code policies as presented by Marksman-Titan Security.
• Ability to follow post orders as trained and instructed.
• Acknowledge guests with professionalism.
• Be aware of surroundings and communicate with team members via secure lines.
• Document deliveries and packages utilizing internal technologies.
• Communicate with management to report any violations or emergencies.
• Assist Guests with general questions, provide directions
• Maintain lobby area clean and general housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) *Required*
• 2 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position

• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

• Must be comfortable with heights and elevators

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
• Bilingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:
• Pay is $17.60 - $20.35 / hour
