Security Officers & Supervisor's - Rockport, IN Area

Titan Security Group is currently seeking to hire Security Officers and Supervisors to work at a facility in the Rockport, IN area.

Additionally, Titan Security is currently hiring for a midnight shift supervisor, as well as an afternoon shift supervisor. All Supervisor roles are guaranteed 40 hours / 5 days per week. 

All positions are immediately available and starting hourly pay for this position is $15.50 / Hour. The work schedule will vary from 2:00PM - 10:00PM & 10:00PM-6:00AM.

Responsibilities of shift supervisors are, but are not limited to:Work varying shifts each week to cover off days for other shift supervisors

• Review and initial sign in sheets at the end of each shift
• Will be trained to do inside and perimeter patrols and gate checks
• Conduct incident investigations. Has legible, accurate, and pertinent note taking skills. Writes incidents reports accurately. Emails incident reports.
• Conducts post checks each shift. Documents and performs Safety Observations and Procedure Reviews each shift. 
• Operates patrol vehicle in a safe manner when responding to all emergencies, and when escorting emergency responders to location of emergencies. 
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Control access for deliveries, visitors or vendors as required
• Use a computer to record the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Shift Supervisors:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Has a valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving
• Bi-lingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with a computer
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
