We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business-to-Business Sales Executive to join our team! As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in selecting targets, planning and executing sales strategy in Florida.

Responsibilities

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation:

    • Work with the Vice President of Electronics to implement and drive adoption of sales tools, training, and standards.
    • Achieve booking and business development targets.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Present proposals at customer-facing meetings and close business deals
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of the industry, trends, and issues to understand customer business goals and requirements.
  • Sales Planning and Pipeline Management:

    • Develop and monitor sales account plans considering market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity.
    • Ensure a diverse and robust pipeline, meeting assigned sales goals.
  • Business Relationship Cultivation:

    • Cultivate effective business relationships between sales professionals and customers, communicating the full scope of Titan Security's solutions.
    • Establish strong sales practices with the team to consistently meet and exceed company and regional sales goals.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
  • 5 to 10 years of industry sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
