    To prepare pricing for new and existing clients, maintain and update pricing exhibits, and client contract management.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



    • Develop budgets with pricing and staffing scenarios that meet client needs and company profit objectives
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s services and the pricing models used
    • Develop competitive and accurate pricing proposals to our Sales team and Customers by using existing Pricing models, market intelligence and additional input from all internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop recurring methods to continuously verify the inputs and assumptions used in the pricing models and make suggestions to change them as needed
    • Assist in revising, updating, and improving the pricing model templates as needed and work to simplify them for easier use by other departments
    • Research and prepare responses to Requests For Information (RFI’s) and Requests For Quotation (RFQ’s) involved with bid packages
    • Utilize spreadsheets and historic data to perform extensive analytical research to aid in decision making relative to opportunity and profitability analyses
    • Daily contract management in close collaboration with Account Managers and Sales and Marketing
    • Work closely with operations and finance team to ensure understand of pricing exhibits and/or transitions of new clients
    • Understand Union contacts, employee seniority, and employee benefits as they pertain to pricing
    • Prepare and update pricing exhibits for new and existing clients
    • Communicate bill and pay rate changes to finance department
    • Review Employee Change Forms to ensure the pay rate changes are with scope of the pricing
    • Review and complete weekly employee change report
    • Address and explain any questions related to pricing exhibits
    • Monitor upcoming customer renewals, union contract changes, and work with appropriate departments to making updates to pricing as needed
    • Review initial client invoices to confirm accurate interpretation of pricing exhibits
    • Audit pricing of existing customers and identify areas that need attention
    • Perform other analytical tasks as may be required form time to time



    Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or similar required. 1-3 years of combined experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or pricing preferred

    Language Skills:  Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check.

    Other Qualifications:  Proficiency in MS Office products with strong knowledge of Excel required (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)Self-starting, proactive individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to solve problems, and exceptional attention to detail. Analytical mind, strong quantitative ability and comfort with large data sets. Enjoys working in fast-paced environment that demands accuracy and accountability. Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures. Must be able to work in an office environment.

    Salary & Benefits: $50,000-$70,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
