Responsibilities include assisting the Human Resources Department to facilitate an employee-oriented, diverse, high performance culture, including but not limited to:
Assess candidates for a hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
Coordinate drug test, criminal background checks and references
Coordinate hiring and on-boarding.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information in the HRIS.
Other duties as assigned
Education: Must be a junior of senior
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
