Titan Security is currently recruiting for an Accounting Manger to work out of the Chicago area office.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To support the CFO and Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department. To relieve the CFO and Controller of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend a greater portion of their time on Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Budget and Variance issues, and Forecasting.
The Accounting Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting, or a Bachelors degree in business with emphasis in accounting, is required. Degree(s) must be from a credible college or university. A minimum of 4 years experience in accounting is required, and a minimum of 3 years full financial close cycle experience is required.
Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook). Winteam Experience is a plus. Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel Spreadsheets. Must be skilled in use of MS Word and must be a very proficient writer in order to handle the occassional asministrative needs of the department.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail with no tolerance for financial sloppiness. Must be highly skilled in dealing with large amounts of financial and numeric data. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
Salary & Benefits: Compensation isbetween $85,000 and $110,000 based on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
