Titan Electronics, a division of Titan Security Group, provides electronic security system installation and service and is looking for an experienced Install Coordinator.  We are in one of the fastest growing industries, operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment, and searching for talent!


Position Summary:

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for: managing the warehouse, assisting with scheduling, booking jobs, communicating with the customer, working with technicians on paperwork, procuring parts, closing projects, and billing clients.   


    • Make initial contact with customer to schedule installations by communicating with clients/technicians/subcontractors at direction of Director.
    • Create new projects and any change orders associated with existing projects.
    • Follow up with installers/project managers on progress of project.
    • Work with IT bench to make sure NVR’s are being completed on time.
    • Prompt billing and closing of projects.
    • Confirm and check in part update/inventory list.
    • Responsible for managing the warehouse: receive daily shipments, verify counts, mark and store on stock room shelves, keep warehouse clean, organized, and keep required stock on hand.
    • Pull parts for installers and service manager as needed.
    • Review technician schedule daily to ensure their hours are being logged accordingly.
    • Reconcile hours/materials on projects, and communicate any delays or overages on projects.
    • Communicate with customer to make sure project needs have been met.
    • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma, Knowledge of Card Access, CCTV, Burglary, and Telephone Entry Systems a Plus not needed. Management of a warehouse/inventory, Work in a fast pace environment, Excellent computer skills, Detailed orientation, Multi-tasking ability.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.

Language Skills:  Must have ability to read, write speak, and understand English.

Other Qualifications:  Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Demands:  Must be able to work in outdoor environments and be comfortable working on step ladders.  Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull packages of up to 60lbs.

Wages & Benefits:  Compensation is between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision
