We are currenting recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.


The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Business Development and Operations departments and Titan’s business objectives by work collaboratively with executives and the senior management team to execute sales, marketing and customer service initiatives.  Responsibilities include performing all Sales & Marketing duties for Titan Security Group to facilitate an employee-oriented, diverse, high performance culture, including but not limited to:



  • Work directly with Company executives and Sales & Marketing Manager to co-develop and execute the Company’s sales and marketing strategies.  
  • Work with Executive Vice President and Sales & Marketing Manager to review and prepare budgets and pricings for current and potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Ensure that all client contracts and insurance certificates are up-to-date.
  • Work with external design professionals to improve our marketing materials and website.
  • Identify and analyze market data including competitive intelligence.  
  • Serve as an administrator of our prospecting database system (Salesforce).  Ensure the integrity and quality of data in Salesforce.
  • Generate and track qualified leads and appointments for the executives and senior management team by completing business-to-business prospecting calls.
  • Attend association networking events and trade shows.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • Language Skills:  Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Other Qualifications:  Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.  Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.  Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Travel:  Ability to travel to branch locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana.  Less than 10% travel.
  • Physical Demands:  Standard office environment.
  • Salary & Benefits: Base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 (to be determined based on experience) plus sales incentives, discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.  Skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
